Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription to Keystone Design’s web design and digital services at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that we do not issue refunds for any unused portion of your subscription term.

If your access is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or related policies, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remainder of your subscription period.

After cancellation or termination, your account and any associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage you to download or export any important information prior to canceling, as we cannot guarantee data recovery once deletion has occurred.

Keystone Design also reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services—including features, functionality, or offerings—at any time without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription time.
