Refund Policy

Keystone Design provides web design and digital strategy services on a subscription basis. All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of a subscription term.

If you believe you were billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact us at info@keystonedesign.cc. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis, and any refund granted will be at our sole discretion.

Keystone Design reserves the right to update or adjust pricing for our services or specific features at any time. Any pricing changes will apply beginning with your next billing cycle, and we will make every effort to notify you in advance.

If your access to our services is terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or other valid reasons, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remainder of your subscription period.

We are not responsible to you or any third party for changes, service interruptions, or discontinuation of any features or offerings. Refunds will only be granted as explicitly stated in this policy.
